Do I need cybersecurity experience?
No. The free starter labs start from the basics, and guided labs walk you through each step before challenges ask you to work on your own. Being comfortable with computers and basic IT helps.
Does the Azure cyber range cost extra?
No. Premium includes your own Azure environment with a dedicated VM. You use it in your browser, so there's nothing to install and no cloud bill to pay.
What does founder pricing mean?
The first 100 members get a lower founder price, and founders keep it for as long as they stay subscribed. If your subscription ends, whether you cancel or a payment fails, the founder price goes with it and rejoining is at the standard price ($29/mo for Plus, $79/mo for Premium). If a payment fails by mistake, contact support and we will help.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you keep access until the end of your billing period. If CyberJab is not for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first paid subscription for a full refund, subject to our refund policy. Refund policy →
